It was a bit of a long afternoon due to some unforeseen delays, but in the end, everyone left the closing table happy and excited – an ending for one couple and a brand new beginning for the other!
The buyers told me that the pictures online made them want to see this house – and they were not disappointed when they saw the home in person; after looking at two dozen houses in the Poconos, they knew they were finally home here, in Wayne County.
