Tanglwood Ski Area is Open For Business
Tanglwood Ski Area opened its doors a couple weeks ago in December 2008 – and everyone in the area is excited! I have heard that the lodge has undergone some remodeling and renovations, and there are lots of happy skiers!
Mother Nature has been cooperative as well – providing some cold weather – though naturally Tanglwood has also been hard at work making snow; all trails are open and have a 12 – 60 inch base.
Tanglwood is located in Tafton, PA, just off Route 390 (Paper Birch South). You have a terrific view of Lake Wallenpaupack from the mountain top.
