Karen was very patient as my wife and I looked for our Pocono lake retreat. AT first we weren’t even sure we would actually go through with it. Of greater importance was that after spending a few hours with me, Karen seemed to know exactly what I was looking for, and then found it! She gave us good advice along the way and there were absolutely no surprises at closing. I have already recommended her to one friend and will continue to pass her name along to interested friends and family.
karen was more than patient with my wife and i as we looked for a home in the poconos. we looked at many homes but karen found the home we were looking for. you could not fine an agent that will work harder to find what you are looking for than Karen. she works with you from start to finish, and them even keeps in touch with you after the closing, now that’s a great agent. would recommend karen to anybody looking to buy a home in this area.
Karen showcased this home we fell in love with on one of the real estate websites. Her photos and the way she wrote the description of the home was very professionally done. It was the dead of winter and we travelled from NYC to meet her and see that house and a few others. With two kids, we had to be careful in narrowing down what we wanted to see. Luckily, Karen helped us through the whole process. She wasn’t pushy like some other agents. The house she showcased turned out to be our new vacation home. Most of the legwork and negotiations were done by email. She always responded to our questions promptly. She went above and beyond in terms of facillitating communication with the seller, banks, insurance agents, home inspectors and so on. We still can’t believe we own a second home. Karen helped us with her experience, friendly demeanor, and knowledge on northeast PA.
When we startedlooking for a vacation home in Pa we found Karen’s website. It had tons of great information about the area and was very easy to navigate. I reached out to Karen to look at few homes, and we must have looked for over a month, during that time Karen was very patient and cooperative with my wife and I and our children.
Karen wants you to find what you are looking for an is honest with her assesments of houses we viewed. We could not find exactly what we wanted so she recommended a bulder in the area, Karen worked with us to purchase a very nice piece of land and the builder Karen found for us has been fantastic. I would certainly recommend Karen to anyone looking for a home in the area.
Karen took real control of the sale of our home. In a very short time frame, she was able to generate real interest that ultimately resulted in a very quick sale. The whole process was handled in a very professional manner. What makes it more impressive is that Karen handled the whole thing while we were basically absentee owners. Karen Rice rules! She’s resourceful, well informed, honest and really generous. She gives you all she’s got when she’s with you, she’s spirited, energetic and a lot of fun to drive around with and doesn’t let anything get her down. I started my search in February this year and there was so much snow on the ground that we had to shovel some ice-filled porches in order to open the doors to some of the houses she showed me, she was always in a good mood and ready to show me more as long as I wanted to keep going. I started out just checking out the area and not really certain I was ready to buy and in 40 days I was closing on a dream vacation home in the Lake region and I know it would not have happened without her help. She’s genuine and tireless, extremely responsive and truly knowledgeable about the area and the real estate market. She understood our requirements, despite the fact that we changed our minds a million times over. She never gave up or got frustrated with us and we commend her for that.
